Registration : Only registrations received on time will be considered in the order they are received. Course registration constitutes a final commitment by the student for the course period in question.

School calendar: school holidays correspond, as far as possible, to the school calendar of schools in the canton of Geneva.

Class attendance : For the sake of effective teaching, classes must be attended regularly and punctually. No price reduction is given for missed lessons. A certificate is issued to those who have attended classes very regularly (at least 80% of the class).

Payment : Course fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice.

Cancellation : Registration constitutes a contract, subject as such to the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). However, anyone who changes their mind may revoke this contract by simple written notification within 7 days of the registration date, as evidenced by the postmark. After the start of the course, no waiver of payment or refund will be granted, except in cases of force majeure and upon written request addressed to the management. In all cases, an administration fee of 100 francs will be charged. The management reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course that does not reach the minimum number of participants required, to take any measures deemed appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the courses, and to modify the schedule. In particular, if an insufficient number of students prevents the creation of a class in "In-Person," "Live Online," or "Hybrid" format, the management may convert the course to "eLearning," as soon as the number of students becomes insufficient. In the latter case, a refund of the difference in registration fees will then be made on a pro rata basis.

Liability : Management accepts no responsibility for items left on the premises. This document serves as an acknowledgment of debt as defined in Article 82 of the Swiss Federal Law on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (LP). I, the undersigned, acknowledge having read the general terms and conditions and undertake to pay the course fees upon receipt of the invoice.
