50% by the Confederation
Funding for preparatory courses for the Federal Diploma in Computer Science covers 50% of the course price, up to a maximum of CHF 10,500 per course. This funding is provided after participation in the federal examination.
CAF: CHF 2,250.-
Geneva residents can accumulate up to three Annual Training Vouchers (CAF) worth CHF 750 each. The CAF numbers are: 3449, 3450, and 3451, corresponding to the three training pathways.
Installment payments
The course fee is CHF 10,600, payable before the start of the course. If paid quarterly, the fee is CHF 11,130. If paid monthly, the fee is CHF 11,342.
FONPRO - Vaud
In the canton of Vaud, FONPRO supports apprentices and employees undertaking higher professional training (federal certificate or diploma).
Financial support for training - Bern
If you are not entitled to a subsidy from the canton of Bern, you can contact the administration of your municipality of residence or origin to inquire about the possibilities and conditions for granting training subsidies.
eBourse - Valais
Scholarships and student loans are allocated to the extent that the financial capacity of the person concerned and that of his or her parents is insufficient according to the calculation resulting from the application of the legislation.

SOPFA awards subsidies to training entities by applying cantonal and federal legal bases and consulting the cantonal commission for adult education.
