Registration: Only registrations received on time will be considered in the order they are received. Course registration constitutes a final commitment by the student for the course period in question. School calendar: Course holidays correspond, as far as possible, to the school calendar of the Canton of Geneva. Course attendance: In the interest of instruction, courses must be attended regularly and punctually. No price reduction is given for missed lessons. A certificate is issued to those who have attended courses very regularly (at least 80% of the course). Payment: Course fees are payable upon receipt of the invoice. Cancellation: Registration constitutes a contract, subject as such to the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). However, a person who changes their mind may revoke this contract by simply providing written notification within 7 days of the registration date, as evidenced by the postmark. After the start of the course, no waiver of payment or refund will be granted, except in cases of force majeure and upon written request to the management. In all cases, an administration fee of 100 francs will be charged. The management reserves the right to postpone, modify the format of, or cancel any course that does not reach the minimum number of participants required, and to take any measures deemed appropriate to ensure the smooth running of the courses and to modify the schedule. In particular, if an insufficient number of students prevents the creation of an in-person or live online class, the management may convert the course to eLearning, as soon as the number of students becomes insufficient. A refund of the difference in registration fees will then be issued on a pro rata basis. Liability: The management accepts no responsibility for items left on the premises. This document serves as an acknowledgment of debt within the meaning of Article 82 of the Swiss Federal Law on Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy (LP). I, the undersigned, acknowledge having read the general terms and conditions and undertake to pay the course fees upon receipt of the invoice.
